Terms and Conditions - Michael & Borne

1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, products, orders, agreements, and deliveries by Michael & Borne, a
company established in the Netherlands and operating internationally.
2. Definitions
- "Customer": Any natural person or entity placing an order with us.
- "Cooling-off Period": The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law.
- "Service": The e-commerce and delivery of physical products by Michael & Borne.
3. Ordering
Orders are placed electronically via our website. After payment is completed, the order is considered confirmed.
4. Payment
All payments are processed securely via Mollie. Supported methods include iDEAL, Bancontact, Credit Card, and more.
5. Delivery
Orders are delivered within an estimated timeframe of 3 to 9 business days. Delays may occur due to local customs or
carrier issues. Michael & Borne uses various reliable shipping partners.
6. Right of Withdrawal
EU customers have the right to return their product within 14 days without giving any reason. The return period starts on
the day the item is delivered.
7. Return Conditions
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Opened items, especially hygiene-related products, may not be
returned unless faulty. Return requests must be made by email.
8. Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the returned item. EUR 12.50 will be deducted for return processing
costs unless the item was defective.
9. Prices and Taxes
Prices are shown in EUR and exclude VAT for international buyers where applicable. Import duties and VAT for non-EU
countries are the buyer's responsibility.
10. Data Protection
All personal data is handled in accordance with the GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for details.
11. Disputes
Dutch law applies. Disputes may be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
